We understand the pressures on your time. When we find a buyer and we agree about the basics, we organise the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) against the payment of a "guarantee deposit". The deposit is held by our agency till the transfer date. Where no mortgages are involved, we can organise the transfer in a matter of few days from the signing of MOU. In case you reside outside Dubai, you may wish to give us power of attorney to conclude the whole transaction, thus avoid wasting your time on the formalities. We will conclude the transaction and simply transfer the money according to your instructions.
