Kuwait developer signs contract for plots in Dubai's 'The Villa'

Kuwaiti developer, Al Mazaya Holding has signed a Dhs31m contract with Metac General Contracting for the construction of 30 residential villas in its ÂThe Villa development in Dubai. The plots range in area from 3,600 to 7,500 sq m and are expected to be delivered by end of 2012. The Villa in Dubai Land extends over an area of 35 million square feet on Al Ain Road near the Exit 18. The project includes 1814 villas with design inspired by Spanish Santa Victoria architectural system.
